1. The option of redeeming rewards points towards contributions to CRY is available only on the Citibank Silver Credit Card, Citibank Gold Credit Card, Citibank Platinum Credit Card, Citibank Ultima Credit Card, Citibank Platinum Select credit card, Citibank Employee Platinum credit card,Citibank Titanium Credit card, Citibank Titanium Cash Rewards credit card, Delhi Metro Citibank Credit Card, Citibusiness Credit Card, CRY Citibank Credit Card, IHC Citibank Credit Card , WWF Citibank Credit Card, Indian Army Citibank credit card, Indian Navy Citibank credit card , Indian Air Force Citibank credit card, Citibank Diners Club credit card and Ex-Army Citibank credit card.

2. Corporate Cards, Citibank World Money Card, Taj Epicure Diners Club card, Jet Airways Citibank credit card, Vodafone Citibank credit card, First Citizen Citibank Credit Card are excluded from this Citibank / Diners Club rewards points redemption option.

3. Customers need to have a minimum of 500 rewards points in their account to be able to redeem their points.

4. Customers need to redeem rewards points equivalent to minimum of INR 100 in a single transaction

5. On redemption, the Citibank / Diners Club Rewards Points so redeemed would be automatically subtracted from the accumulated Citibank / Diners Club Rewards Points in the Citibank / Diners Club Cardmember's Account.

6. No redemption of Citibank / Diners Club Rewards Points will be permissible if, on relevant date, the Card has been withdrawn or cancelled or is liable to be cancelled or if the account of the Citibank / Diners Club Cardmember is a delinquent account or if there is any breach of any clause of the Cardmember Terms and Conditions.

8. Citibank / Diners Club Rewards Points once utilized for donations to CRY cannot be transferred back. Any cancellations therefore will not be refunded.

9. All donations to CRY are 50% tax exempt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

10. CRY shall dispatch the tax receipt to the customers within 30 days from the receipt of donation under this rewards point redemption option.

11. Any dispute and or queries regarding the tax exemption, the tax receipt including but not limited to the delivery of the said receipt must be addressed in writing to CRY at 189/A, Anand Estate, Sane Guruji Marg, Mumbai-400 011

12. Citibank / Diners Club accepts no liability in respect of any income or other tax liability of Citibank / Diners Club Members arising from the redemption of Citibank / Diners Club Rewards Points.

13. This rewards points redemption option is entirely voluntary. Nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the Citibank / Diners Club Cardmember Terms and Conditions. The terms of this rewards points redemption option shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Citibank / Diners Club Cardmember Terms and Conditions.

14. Any dispute as regards redemption of rewards points as donations to CRY must be addressed in writing to Citibank N.A., P.O. Box 4830, Anna Salai P.O., Chennai 600 002.

15. Citibank / Diners Club expressly reserves the right at any time and with previous notice to Citibank / Diners Club Cardmembers, to add or alter, modify, change or vary all or any one of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part this program by another program, or withdraw it altogether.

16. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this rewards redemption option or Citibank / Diners Club CitiRewards Program or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
