Sample Letter:

I give to CRY - Child Rights and You, having its registered office at 189/A, Anand Estate, Sane Guruji Marg, Mumbai 400001, India and Registration Number: BOM 556/1978 G.B. B.S.D, the sum of ______________________ (free of any taxes and fiscal impositions as applicable) for its general charitable purposes and I direct that the receipt of the Treasurer for the time being or other duly authorised shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors/Trustees.

Please also remember to add the following paragraph to your will.

If at my death any charity named as a beneficiary in this Will or any Codicil hereto has changed its name or amalgamated with or transferred its assets to another body then my Executors shall give effect to any gift made to such charity as if it had been made (in the first case) to the body in its changed name or (in the second place) to the body which results from such amalgamation or to which such transfer has been made.
