Your Role

As a person in this position, you will be responsible for getting more and more people giving their time, energy, conviction and donations to the movement for Child Rights. You will be reaching out to potential Child Right advocates as well as existing donors in Chennai/Hyderabad city. Your managerial skills will be enhanced as you steer the partnership with our local Direct Sales Associate (DSA). You will have to be at your analytical and innovative best as you devise new strategies for building donor loyalty and involvement. In doing so you'll experience a new high and a new challenge every single day as you find innovative ways to advocate Child Rights and raise funds.

But most of all, you'll experience a level of job satisfaction you may never experience anywhere else. Because your success will give millions of children the right to live, learn and enjoy the simple joys of childhood.

You

You need to be a Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA, with at least 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or Client Servicing. Strong written and oral Communication skills in English are essential.
