As Assistant Manager, Resource Generation:
You will be responsible for managing CRY's relationship with its DSAs and Channel Partners, focusing on day to day operations, improving processes, ensuring quality and adherence to deliverables. You will also be responsible for consolidating and analysing the Resource Generation MIS for the organisation, budgets and performance reviews. Your skills in operations and analysis will enable CRY to raise resources in a more efficient manner and contribute to the effectiveness of the national Resource Generation Team.

You:
You must be a Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA with 4-6 years of experience in handling back-end Operations, MIS & processes.  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office is essential.
