We have an opening for a General Manager - Global Operations. You will be responsible for formulating strategies for raising resources/ funds from overseas markets, ensuring its operations and developing them into sustainable business models. New business development, strategic partnerships with corporate organisations, associations and funding agencies will also be part of your portfolio. Along with your team, you will coordinate, and guide volunteers - who form the core of CRY's overseas operations - to raise awareness about the situation of children and their rights.
Being responsible for profitability of the function will be one part of your role. You will also be part of a team that is mobilising millions of people across the globe to seek support for the rights of children. In a nutshell, CRY is the opportunity for you to use your professional skills and experience to restore to Indian children their basic rights- to survival, development, protection and participation. You:
You must have a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Relations, with 10 - 12 years experience in marketing, business development, customer relationship and channel management. You should have strong leadership, conceptual and strategic skills and an understanding of overseas markets. Experience of having worked overseas will be an added advantage.
