Your Role:

As a person in this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the Individual Partnerships (IP) team for donor servicing i.e. handling queries via email, phone, website, physical mail or in person. You will be responsible for ensuring that the tele-calling agencies are following the norms of Data Entry/Data Management System and of quality reporting. You will be liaising with Deposit Agents of the BPO & the Resource Generation person at the CRY head office for backend operations, and also directly processing donations to the extent required. You will also be liaising with CRY's Finance division for Credit, Cash & FCRA donations. You will need to fill in the functional and financial MIS, input into advocacy initiatives and participate in the strategy process.

In short, you will be the backbone of the IP function, which is of utmost importance to CRY. Moreover, you'll experience a level of job satisfaction you may never experience anywhere else. You:

You need to be a Graduate/Post-Graduate, with 1-3 years of experience in client servicing. Written and oral communication skills in English & an ability to converse in Kannada and Tamil are essential. Knowledge of Telegu & Malayalam will be an added advantage.
