Your Role As a person in this position, you will be responsible for managing the HR function in the western/southern region - being responsible for the processes of recruitment, performance management, training & HR Policies in the region. You will also be required to anchor & facilitate institution building/OD processes in the region, as well as contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organisation. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to experience in action some of the most progressive HR policies & OD interventions developed so far. You You need to have a post graduate degree in Human Resources, with 4-7 years experience in Corporate HR. You should have handled HR responsibilities of Recruitment, Performance Management Process & Compensation and Training. An exposure to Institutional building processes / OD will be an added advantage. You need to be a good communicator and display strong leadership skills and should be passionate about your work to the point of going beyond the defined boundaries of your role.
