Your Challenge:
CRY - Child Rights and You is India's premier child rights NGO. We work to ensure lasting change in children's lives by ensuring child rights through community empowerment. We do this by working with grassroots-level NGOs, their communities and children, influencing govt. policies, raising funds, monitoring and efficiently disbursing funds, by creating awareness and mobilizing people's opinion on child rights.
Your Role:
You will have to establish and manage key alliances & partnerships overseas - regions except US and UK. Develop and manage corporate marketing partnerships and funding agencies Sourcing & contacting potential institutions based on references/leads and market information. Customised presentations and discussions with key people within the organizations for writing proposals for institutional costs. To analyze present and past data, locate trends, and evolve plans to improve donor servicing and resource generation; To develop and sustain fund raising initiatives with key individual donors including High Value Donors. Ensure timely, accurate, and effective donor servicing (viz., mailers, annual reports, receipts, forms...etc) towards relationship building and retention. Provide comprehensive and timely information on new and large tie-ups (donations, events, products) to other locations.
You:
You must hold a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or Mass Communications. You must have 7-8 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in writing proposals for funding agencies will be an added advantage.
