FLEETING GLANCES - Portraits from the Western Ghats by Ken Blades

Mumbai, 9/12/2003: Ken Blades, a renowned photographer, is having an Exhibition 'Fleeting Glances - Informal Portraits from the Western Ghats' at the NCPA, Mumbai from September 12 , 21, 2003.

The exhibition will feature black and white photographs of children and folk from rural Maharashtra captured by Ken during his many tours of the Western Ghats and areas close to Mumbai. The exhibition is in aid of underprivileged children where proceeds from the sale of prints will be donated to CRY.

Ken is a friend of CRY and in the past, has allowed the use of his work in CRY's communication material. Some of the pictures on the CRY website are a few of his contributions. More of his work is showcased on his own website too - www.kenblades.com
