Nashvia’s barefoot walk for Child Rights
Nashvia Alvi, a graduate from IIT Kharagpur 2011, presently working as a Graduate Analyst with Barclays, Singapore will be walking barefoot for the cause of underprivileged children in India. She will be walking barefoot where ever she go, be it roads or MRT or bus for a whole week starting June 9th to June 15th, 2012. If Nashvia raises 1000 SGD, her employer, Barclays, will match every dollar, thereby doubling the donation amount to CRY.
We all spend so much without a second thought to fulfill the desires of our own children, but for once, lets come together to fulfill the basic needs of those for whom these juvenile desires are crushed by poverty each and every day. Let’s join hands in making these kids believe that dreams do come true. You, as a person can make a difference and participate in this effort. This gesture can significantly change the life of an underprivileged forever. All you need to do is click the button below to initiate the difference”.
