CRY World - Frequently Asked Questions
CRY World is where child rights and you meet. A space to see, know and do what's right for India's children.
When you purchase products from CRY World, the proceeds go towards supporting CRY projects across India. With your help, these projects work towards ensuring that every child gets his/her basic rights - to live, learn, play and grow... to have a happy, wholesome life.
- How can I view CRY World's product range?
Simply scroll through the product images displayed on the Shop page and click on the product to view further details about it.
- Is there any minimum order quantity that I need to place?
Yes. There are minimum order quantities for CRY World products.
- Cards with message printed: 10 packs of 10 cards each. (A single pack carries a single design)
- Blank cards with no message printed: 2 packs of 50 cards each. (A single pack carries a single design)
- For any other product: 100 pieces.
- Can designs be customised for bulk orders?
Yes! You can select a design/pattern from our exciting range of CRY art. Your company logo can also be printed on the product. Further customisation options can be discussed with a CRY World representative.
For customised Greeting Cards the minimum order would need to be 2000 cards or above.
For any other product to be customized the minimum order required would be 100 pieces.
- What is the delivery timeline and method?
For a bulk order on CRY Greeting cards, the delivery takes approximately 5 to 8 working days; post an order confirmation by email or purchase order.
For any other product the delivery timeline would vary depending upon the size of the order and the customisation required. A minimum of 15 to 20 working days post final approval of customisation artwork/design will be required.
All products/card packages can be couriered to your address. The courier charges would be applicable at actuals.
Orders from companies and individuals based out of Mumbai can also be collected from the CRY office directly.
Note: Timelines depending on stock availability.
- Do you deliver to locations outside India?
We deliver only within India.
However, if you can provide a delivery address within India, you can place an order from anywhere around the world.
The delivery location would need to be covered by the Post Office's registered parcel service. All items of an order will be shipped only to a single location.
- Do you charge for delivery of bulk orders?
Depending on the size of the order and the area of delivery, delivery charges /courier charges/freight charges for bulk orders will be levied at actuals.
- Does the pricing vary according to the size of the order?
Yes, the price would vary depending on the size and/or customisations required.
- What about other taxes and levies like sales tax and octroi?
All the CRY greeting cards and paper items are exempt from sales tax as per the Central Sales Tax Act. In case of the other products, price is inclusive of VAT, Octroi and other local taxes (if any).
