Price for CRY Greeting cards:
- The prices displayed are per unit, i.e. per card, or per stationery item.
- In case of CRY greeting cards, we sell this product in packs - 1 pack = 10 cards. Hence the minimum order quantity for greeting cards is 1 pack [10 cards] of a single design.
- For products other than greeting cards, the minimum order quantity is 1 unit.
- Please note that for Blank cards or no message printed in the card, your minimum order quantity must be 5 packets [50 cards] or its multiples thereof.
Price For Other Products :
- The prices displayed are per unit, i.e, per T-shirt, toy or stationery item.
- The price indicated is inclusive of VAT and other tax.(as applicable).
- Courier charge will be additional and will be on actuals. (see below: Delivery Terms)
- You may purchase your item by shopping online our secure payment gateway.
- You may also order by cheque or demand draft . Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from the realisation of the cheque/ Demand Draft. Cheque/ DD to made to "CRY- Child Rights and You".
Damaged Product:
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please send us an email : mailto:thecryshop@crymail.org?subject=Damaged/Missing/WrongIn your message indicate your name, address, telephone numbers and provide as much detail as possible about the status of the product(s).
- The CRY Shop will replace items damaged in transit [from the CRY Shop to your delivery address] assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including courier costs. Similarly, if you should receive a product other than the one you ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge or a full refund (including shipping costs). The damaged product(s) or incorrect item will have to be returned to us before the replacement order is processed.
- Any item that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.
Cancel an order :
- You may cancel or change the order within 24 hours from the date of placing the order. But do note that once you have placed the order and your payment is realised, the order is promptly despatched to you. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped or despatched. However, if your order has not yet been couriered/ shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at mailto:thecryshop@crymail.org?subject=CancelOrderand we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order. Please do indicate the details of your order along with your personal contact information.
Delivery Terms:
- A freight charge of Rs. 25/- is applicable on orders if the order value is less than Rs. 250/-.
- We deliver orders only within India. However, you can place an order from outside India as long as your shipping address is located in India.
- Within India, we will deliver your order only to destinations covered by the Post Office's registered parcel service. We will not ship different items in a single order to different shipping addresses.
- Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.

CRY- Archies Partnership :
Archies Greetings and Gifts Ltd (AGG) is the sole distributor for CRY greeting cards and paper products. In AGG, CRY has a partner organisation whose core business is greeting cards, and who shares our vision for the CRY brand and our commitment to children. AGG now manufactures and handles retail distribution of all CRY products, while CRY's personnel focus on our areas of strength - design and brand building. AGG also advises us on product line extensions and expansion into retail-oriented products, non-seasonal products and e-greetings.
As a direct consequence of this partnership, the retail penetration of CRY products has increased from 500 outlets to 6000. Incomes from the retail segment have increased 25% in a shrinking market. There has also been a reversal in the direct cost to overhead ratio from 1:1 to 3:1. This, coupled with the downsizing of CRY's employee base by 30%, have permitted us better-cost management flexibility. In effect, the association with AGG has meant that CRY has been able to focus on its core mission - to involve the maximum number of people, both end beneficiaries and supporters, with the least amount of resources expended.
