Ila Dikshit Hukku :Director Development Support

Ila has a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She joined CRY in 1998 as Planning Manager overseeing the Finance and Information Technology functions. Prior to CRY, Ila's experience was mainly in the field of management consultancy in the strategic planning area in organisations like Eicher Consultancy, Grasim Industries and Eicher Goodearth Ltd. Today, Ila heads the Development Support, Policy and Research, Youth & Volunteer Action and Documentation Centre functions of CRY.
