Jayamala Subramaniam : Director, Strategic Planning

 A new entrant to the Management Committee, Mala is a senior professional with over 15 years experience in the areas of Operations and Finance. Her forte lies in the areas of strategizing and execution of off-shored operations, security and risk management in the Financial services industry, restructuring and re-engineering of work flows, MIS, budgetary control systems, project appraisals for investment decisions and internal audit. Prior to CRY, she has been associated with Capital One Services as Director-Asia Operations, besides also having had a stint with Commercial Bank of Qatar and ITC Limited, Hyderabad. She has completed her post graduation from Indian Institute of Management and graduated in Commerce from Ethiraj College for Women securing 1st rank in the Madras University. She has a bagful of awards and is receipient of the prestigious, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) DVC prize and silver medal for being 1st among girl students and the Gold medal from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to name a few.
