A highly respected Finance professional, Praveen brings to CRY 13 years of experience in this area and is also CRY's Treasurer since February 2005. He is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Tata Motors Limited, a flagship Company of the Tata Group of Companies in India. He is designated as Executive Director (Finance & Corporate Affairs) with responsibilities for finance and the corporate functions of the Tata Group of companies. In 2002 and 2004 respectively, he has been conferred with the "CFO of the year 2002, for excellence in Cost Optimisation" and "CFO of the year 2004" by the IMA. He is on the board of various Tata companies, including joint ventures with Cummins of USA, Holset of UK and Hitachi of Japan; along with being a member of the Western India Regional Council of CII and the Chairman of the Banking & Finance Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI). He is also CRY's Treasurer since February 2005.
