17 million children in India work everyday.

A combination of factors such as lack of a government school in the village, unemployed parents, low wages, gender and caste based discrimination contribute to this situation.

30 years of working with and for children has reinforced our belief that sustainable and permanent change is possible - by tackling the root causes of issues affecting children and their families.

CRY - Child Rights and You along with over 13000 communities in villages and slums across 20 states has reached out to over 7 lakh children to ensure they have the chance to a happy, healthy, protected childhood.

Support from over 1.5 lakh individuals have been vital to ensure this change. But there is much more to be done. Join in and the day all children enjoy their rights won’t be far.

Note:
(1)All donation options mentioned below are to illustrate the change your donation can make to the lives of children. All funds/donations raised by CRY may be pooled together and allocated to other child rights endeavours depending on the need on the ground.
(2) Tax Exemption is not useful for foreign nationals as it may not be valid in their country.
(3) Please avoid making a donation of less than Rs. 100/- as the processing costs make it unviable for us.
