All donations to CRY are usually exempt from tax under both sections, 35AC and 80GGA, of the Income Tax Act. CRY's exemption status, which permits 100% deduction from taxable income, is currently under renewal. This could take up to three months to come through. Until the renewal of the tax exemption status is granted, CRY will not be accepting donations under Sec 35AC and 80GGA. 50% deduction under 80G continues to be available. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We count on your continued support in ensuring the rights of India's most underprivileged children.
