Your Role:
As a Learning and Development cell in charge, your role would be to contribute towards and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. Your aim would be to contribute towards developing and nurturing a skilled and knowledgeable workforce that is capable of delivering to the organization’s programs and services effectively. This role would also be anchoring the Management trainee program for CRY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments to identify the learning needs of the organization and design targeted training programs to address them.
  • Training and Development: Develop and organize training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. These could include technical training, leadership development, communication skills, project management, and other relevant areas.
  • Performance Management: Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to improve performance and work on strategy to link the LMS to Performance Management System long term.
  • Learning Management System-Work on LMS, liaison with vendor and stakeholders for smooth running of LMS for online learning and upskilling of employees and functions.
  • Budgeting: Manage the budget for L&D and MT programs and ensure that expenditures are within budget limits.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement changes as necessary to improve outcomes for all business
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that learning and development programs are aligned with talent management.
  • Design and implement the management trainee program at CRY with clear objectives, plan and defined outcomes.

You:
You must be a Master’s degree in human resources or related filed with minimum of 8 to 9 years of experience in human resources and 3-4 in specifically learning and development or related field. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools.

The Role:
You will handle HR operations activity for two region Mumbai & Bangalore. You needs visit Bangalore region once in 2 months. Your responsibilities include Talent Acquisition for the Region, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Documentation and updation of data and employee records. You will also assist in maintenance of training records and feedback, provide support for Talent Acquisition for other regions when necessary and help in coordination for HR workshops in the region. You will also support the Talent Management process in the region. Provide HR support to the region in line with business requirements and HR functional strategy. Ensure HR strategy, policies and systems are implemented in the region. Organize culture building and workplace climate improvement and ensure resolving conflicts, regional meetings, open forums, create spaces for get-togethers etc. The position requires a lot of communication with all functions of in the region.

You:
You should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate in management specialising in HR with 6-8 years of experience in generalist HR role. Excellent communication skills and understanding of human resources issues is required. You should also have knack of building relationships with various stakeholders.

Consultant – DS Sanctions

Your Role:
This role will process all sanction documents for project approvals and other disbursals which are at DS HO/FD and Trustee level as per the organisational guidelines for sanctions of different types. This will be ensured throughout the year in accordance to the specific project/sanction cycle.

The role will prepare high quality summary documents for each project approval as prescribed by the GSS.

The role will also co-ordinate with the internal stakeholders for each sanction till documentation and processing is completed within timelines.

The role will ensure all sanctions processing on the organisation software and will support approval authorities to complete the sanction on the software

You:
You must be a Masters in Child Development/Social Work/Development Studies with 3 to 5 years of work experience in Program teams in the development sector with specific experience of writing and preparing large numbers of programme documents during the year. Experience and familiarity of working on software for document processing.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English & a working knowledge of the local language are essential. The position will be a brand custodian for CRY and will drive awareness and action for children’s issues through social media marketing, regional communication, digital advertising, events, donor/volunteer communication as well as communication design.

Fuelling conversations around children’s rights with the public at large, facilitating effective fundraising communication and positioning CRY as a preferred social impact partner will be critical measures of this role.
