Your Challenge:
CRY – Child Rights and You is India’s premier child rights NGO. We work to ensure lasting change in children’s lives by ensuring child rights through community empowerment. Your Role:
It’s a fundraising role for developing new channels by engaging with UHNIs, New generation philanthropists, Trustee connects, etc . The role involves

  • Representing CRY at networking events, seminars, HNI forums, and CXOs; generating leads and developing relationships.
  • Planning and organizing fundraising events like Gala, Radio campaign, Marathon, Networking events, etc.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Celebrities, Influencers, Artists, Luxury brands etc. who can Join CRY in its mission.
  • Actively participating in the development of communication plans for donors.
  • Actively using platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Social media to create a pool of targeted profiles to onboard them as donors, Marathon runners, Gala participants, etc.
  • Being a team player and actively contributing to the team’s strategy on new channels of acquisitions.

You:
Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass communication, Public Relations or Mass Communications is preferred however Graduates with 3-7 years of relevant experience can also apply. Fluency and articulation of the English language is a must. Prior experience of making presentations and writing proposals would be an added advantage.

Your Role: This role is responsible for the overall accounting management of the firm which includes close control over organization’s budget and expenses, monitoring disbursal and expenses made to the project partner/ vendor and completion of audits according to statutory requirements. Close control over compliance and statutory norms, Reconciliation and presentation skill. Key activities of the role also includes creating MIS reports and accurate and timely cost-accounting, Grant accounting.
Bachelors in Commerce, however, Masters in Commerce/ CA Inter is preferred.
5 to 7 years of experience in the accounts function handling multiple departmental role preferable.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge and operations of Financial Accounting Packages
  • Knowledge of prevailing Income Tax Laws & FCRA Act and laws

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure regular cash and bank payments, bank reconciliations and on time validation of data entries
  • Ensure all fixed assets are properly accounted and physical verification of assets is done during the course of year, Depreciation calculation.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory, internal, external and FCRA audit and resolution of audit queries if any, Audit Annual and Internal data preparation.
  • Prepare and consolidate Grant wise Budget Vs. Actual report on monthly basis, close control over grant accounting and reporting.
  • Ensure timely preparation of all reports and statements required for statutory compliance under PF, ESIC, TDS requirement and FCRA for all locations
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly tax liabilities statements of TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
  • Induct and mentor team members. Orient them to CRY’s operation accounting.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure compliance to budgets and overall cost effectiveness of the functional activities.
  • Individual TDS calculation of Employee’s, Payroll processing, 24Q and 26Q quarterly and annual data preparation.
  • Complete Month end closure process timely, BRS and other month end reconcialtion.

Your Role: This role is responsible for handling end-to-end responsibility for smooth functioning of the Information Technology function for corresponding location (i.e. heading IT in the corresponding location).

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure uptime of systems, databases, network, VPN, Internet connectivity & Mailing systems
  • Monitor facility management / network engineers at the site
  • Ensure IT-infrastructure is maintained as per maintenance norms.
  • Ensure adequate security, disaster recovery methods and preventive measure procedures as per norms
  • Identify and select appropriate vendors and co-ordinate with the local vendors for procurement of new/upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Understand and service all IT / automation requirements of users, i.e., MIS, hardware and communications in the regional office
  • Coordinate with user functions for their IT requirements
  • Ensure timely physical verification of IT Assets for location

You: You should be Bachelors in any stream preferably with an advanced diploma in software/hardware/ Network Engineering with 5 to 7 years of experience in managing IT in a multi-location organization. Technically, you should have:

  • Must have hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft server based network security, network rights, maintenance of login scripts
  • Must have experience in implementation of Active Directory Forests, Group Policy Management, WSUS Management, DNS server Management, DHCP Management
  • Must have experience in Antivirus Management
  • Experience in Managing MS Exchange Server 2007/2010, Office 365
  • Good understanding of Hardware & Software Firewalls, Routers and Switches

  • Plan Assessment, prepare Impact report in every three months
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and staff to identify the learning needs and goals of each student
  • Design and implement individualized or small-group instruction plans that align with the curriculum
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

  • Liaising with project staff to ensure data quality, consistency, validation, and integration

  • Conducting analysis and visualization of data from the MIS system to identify areas for improvement and technical interventions

Purpose of the Role:
CRY UK is seeking a proactive and passionate Fundraising Manager who will join us on a rewarding journey to create lasting impact for India’s children. The Fundraising Manager will support CRY UK’s efforts to raise funds against a set target for earmarked projects in India working for the welfare of disadvantaged and vulnerable children. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and maximizing relationships with Major Donors, Family Foundations and Companies through research, networking, proposals, events and excellent stewardship.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
As Fundraising Manager, you will be reporting to the Chairman of the CRY UK Board, and will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify, cultivate and develop a portfolio of prospective Major Donors, Companies, Family Foundations.
  • Develop high quality funding proposals, applications and reports for submission to prospects and donors.
  • Take a proactive approach to networking and cultivating new cold contacts and prospects.
  • Support the development and delivery of the stewardship, events and other fundraising processes and avenues
  • Depending on experience may be involved in supporting the development of the CRY UK fundraising strategy with the CRY UK Board
  • Display the values of CRYUK at all times.

Job requirement: 5 -7 years in Fundraising for a small/mid-level charity

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Track record of initiating new relationships
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding income targets
  • Experience of identifying and cultivating cold prospects
  • Experience of deepening customer/donor relationships and growing revenue year on year
  • Knowledge of legal, financial and ethical considerations related to fundraising from Major Donors, Corporates and Family Foundations.
  • Experience of developing high quality proposals and reports for prospects and donors.
  • Experience of fundraising for a children’s charity is desirable

Experience and Knowledge:
