Know Child Rights
Advocacy, simply put is to 'amplify voice'. At CRY, being a Child Rights advocate means - to amplify the voice of children.
At CRY, we focus on the four basic rights of children as defined by the United Nations CRC and ratified by India in 1992. The Charter confers the basic rights to survival, development, protection and participation on all children across the world. More
We invite you to join us in this movement to put children first.
What you can do:
- Ask children - in your home, your neighbourhood, what they think about their rights
- Highlight children's issues in your discussions at work and home
- Start talking about child rights
- Talk to NGO's like CRY that work with children and get an understanding of complexities involved in the issues.
