CRY's 'payroll giving' is that a simple yet effective option wherein the company's employees contribute by sanctioning an automatic deduction from their monthly salaries. This makes dinating to CRY easy, eliminating paperwork. Of course, to put this option into effect would require the consent and participation of both management and employees.
