The recruitment process at CRY is designed such that the stages are not intended to eliminate candidates but used as inputs to arrive at a decision to recruit the right candidate for the job.
The 3 step recruitment process first assesses values and competencies of the candidate with aid of a 'technical' test (for select positions only). This is followed by a 'technical' interview conducted by HR and Line Managers. It is a structured biographical interview or BEI (Behavioural Event Interview). Lastly, the potential candidate is interviewed the respective Functional/Regional Director.
