MOTOCAUSE - A car rally in support of Child Rights

CRY- Child Rights and You in partnership with Ford is organising a women's car rally, titled - 'MOTOCAUSE' in Chennai on February 5, 2006, Sunday at 11.00 am. The rally will flag off at Raheja Towers, Mt. Road, and finish at Hotel Green Park, Vadapalani. MOTOCAUSE is conceptualized around the motto that each one of us can make a difference - where ever we are and in whatever we do.

The 15 all women's team in the rally was flagged off by Joshna Chinappa, the young squash champion and UNICEF ambassador for the girl child. There were 3 levels of participation - Novice, Regulars and Experts.

The winners took home exciting prizes from Jainsons, Panasonic, Club Mahindra, Naturals, Mahavir Optics and Fitness One worth Rs. 40,000 in each category. The rally was also extensively covered by the media in Chennai.
