We believe that information has the power to bring about social change by creating awareness of causes, removing biases, and bringing people together on a common platform. Our Documentation Centre at Mumbai provides information on the situation of children in India and their rights, to the general public, to CRY partners and supporters. Any one who would like to know more on Child Rights can avail of the services of this function.
The collection of documents range from Books (including training manuals); Childrens' encyclopedia; Reference books and directories on children and their related issues; National and international periodicals (newsletters, journals, magazines); Training kits to help build perspectives on rights; Brochures (national and international); videos, documentary films children's issues and lots more. The Centre also offers the following updates:
- Docc-Talk: a monthly bulletin, listing the new additions to the Documentation Centre.
- In-betweens: a monthly article index of analytical articles from 40 journals on development and non-profit management.
- Education Campaigns: a fortnightly update (15th and 30th of every month) of analytical articles on policy and implementation aspects of education.
All issues are available in English, Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.
