CRY is managed by a leadership team of 6 members comprising the CEO and Regional and Strategic Heads. This team steers the organisation towards its objectives. Its key role is to provide direction and leadership to the organisation, evolve and implement strategy, create relevant organisational policy and efficiently run operations. Critically, their role is to uphold CRY's mission, values and ethos and ensure they are alive in every person, action and process within the organisation.

At present the team has an excellent mix of the 'old' and the 'new' - people who have seen CRY from its inception and therefore shared and lived Rippan's passion for many years, and a set of committed individuals who are concerned about the situation of underprivileged children and bring a new perspective on how to change it. Both groups have a deep and abiding faith in CRY's mission - enabling more and more people to take responsibility for improving the situation of the underprivileged Indian child - and the combined strength of their perspectives adds tremendous value to the organisation.
