The fellow has been associated with CRY since 2011 to address the issues of children’s right to food and nutrition in the state through capacity building, advocacy and networking, information dissemination, providing technical support and opinion building. The fellow is working in the state of Odisha covering all 30 districts in general with undettered support from CRY. He has around 15 years of experience of working in the development sector in Odisha on issues like rural and tribal development, community based rehabilitation of differently abled person, relief and rehabilitation in the disaster hit areas, and on the issues of right to work and right to food. Apart from his rich field experience he has been actively working at the higher level of policy making and programme implementation. He is undertaking the mobilization of grass root communities and different stakeholders including the media to highlight issues and make the state accountable and responsible towards the communities.
