Soha Moitra is Director – North and Director – Programme at CRY, and a member of the organisation’s leadership team. A postgraduate in Social Work from M.S. University, Vadodara, she joined CRY in 1997 after working with Nirantar on women’s empowerment initiatives in Uttar Pradesh, where she recognised the need to address gender norms from early childhood. At CRY, she has anchored the Volunteer Action function and championed public participation as a powerful lever for advancing children’s rights.
