We are seeking a Manager – Grant Management, who will be an integral part of the Grant Management team, to support/ lead grant project governance, ensure comprehensive grant financial analysis, coordinate and strengthen accurate and timely donor reporting, and maintain audit readiness across a diverse and growing portfolio of grants.

The role has evolved significantly, now overseeing a larger number of projects, deeper coordination responsibilities, more frequent donor reporting cycles, and key contributions to organisational systems and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Grant Governance

  • Independently coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end governance process across assigned grants and contribute to achieving 100% utilisation.
  • Anchor the governance calls for assigned grants, including pre-call, in-call, and post-call tasks, review previous MoMs, and ensure follow-ups on action points.
  • Coordinate to ensure documentation, branding, photographs, and program evidence, in sync with evolving donor requirements.

2. Grant Financial Analysis

  • Contribute to grant analysis, including analysis of budgets, tracking and review of financial utilisation, identifying trends and patterns in utilisation and capturing learnings.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to identify gaps and follow-up action points in financial utilisation. Also coordinate to ensure financial reporting compliance as per MoU.

3. Donor Reporting

  • Anchor coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure informed collation of accurate, comprehensive and timely donor reports, following MoU.
  • Support Resource Generation and Program teams in preparation of donor presentation decks for donor meetings.

4. Audit Readiness & Documentation

  • Maintain archival of grant-related documents as per SOP and checklists.
  • Actively participate in national task groups to collect and review archived documents as per audit checklists.

Key skills:

  • Analytical skills, particularly ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insights.
  • Process management in sync with SOP, attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
  • Understanding and adhering to internal systems. Internal Coordination with multiple internal stakeholders, across multiple locations, to support smooth grant operations.
  • Ability to work with optimum supervision and multitask within a tightly held timeline.

Must have:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Management or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in grant management, financial analysis or program operations.

Your Role:
This role is responsible for handling end-to-end responsibility for smooth functioning of the Information Technology function for corresponding location (i.e. heading IT in the corresponding location).

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure uptime of IT services: Internet, Servers, Printers, Switches, Routers, databases, LAN, WAN, VPN, Mailing systems, firewall, user devices, laptop & desktops, VC setup, UPS etc
  • Ensure timely Preventive Maintenance of IT Infrastructures for both user and backend devices like servers, printers, user devices etc.
  • Monitoring of complete IT infrastructure like Servers, backups etc
  • Ensure adequate security, disaster recovery methods and preventive measure procedures as per norms
  • Periodic Incident management and Restoration drills
  • Supervise IT support engineer on day to day activities
  • Identify and select appropriate vendors and co-ordinate with the local vendors for procurement of new/upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Understand and service all IT / automation requirements of users, i.e., MIS, hardware, software, Business application and communications in the regional office
  • Ensure timely physical verification of IT Assets for location

You:
You should be Bachelors in any stream preferably in IT or Computer Science or if not at least diploma or advanced diploma in software/hardware/ Network Engineering with 5 to 7 years of experience in managing IT in a multi-location organization. You should be an energetic, self motivated individual. Technically, you should have:

  • Experience in managing and supporting hybrid IT infrastructure that include, on-premise and Cloud infrastructure
    • Servers with Microsoft and linux OS
    • AWS, GWS & Azure services
  • Understanding of Security frameworks like ISO 27001 / GDPR / DPDP / NIST
  • Experience in implementing Microsoft server based network security, network rights, maintenance of login scripts

  • Building sustainable channels for Retail Donor Acquisition,
  • Building and managing partnerships with retail brands, outlets, malls,
  • Collaborating with Digital/e-commerce platforms, redemption/Loyalty point partners and other digital platforms to ensure regular inflow of retail donors through these partnerships.

This role will involve identifying potential retail partners (online/offline), working with communications team to develop marketing campaigns, and ensuring high-visibility collaborations that drive both donors/ funds and awareness for our cause. Core Deliverables includes:

Design personalized engagement plans, events, and communications to build lasting donor relationships. Leverage existing networks and build new ones to expand the HNI donor base.

Data Analysis: Undertake organizational and environmental analysis, and prepare the budgets, plans and priorities for the resource generation function.

You will also be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team and for delivering on and managing national budgets.

You:
You must be a post graduate in Sales & Marketing with 12-15 yrs of experience. Your strengths should be in areas of Marketing, Networking skills, Proposal writing, Strategy and Planning. Also critical are skills in leadership and team building.
