Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Administrative Management

  • Manage office files, MoUs, donor documents, and compliance trackers
  • Oversee office operations, housekeeping, supplies, communication, and couriers
  • Support HR with basic joining/exit formalities, attendance, and records
  • Coordinate monthly meetings and administrative schedules

2. Vendor Sourcing & Procurement

Support

  • Identify and source suitable vendors for events, materials, and services

  • Maintain vendor databases and empanelment records
  • Assist in quality checks and invoice processing under the guidance of the team lead

3. Programme & Event Support

  • Coordinate logistics for field visits, events, trainings, and school programmes
  • Ensure materials, IEC items, kits, and sports equipment are arranged on time
  • Liaise with schools, partners, and local vendors for event preparation
  • Support programme teams with documentation, printing, and dispatches

4. Travel & Logistics

  • Manage travel bookings for staff and visitors
  • Coordinate transportation for field teams
  • Track dispatch and delivery of programme materials

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare administrative MIS and monthly reports
  • Maintain asset registers and inventory records
  • Support audits and compliance documentation

6. Finance & Compliance Support

  • Assist with invoice verification and record-keeping
  • Ensure adherence to organisational and donor norms

You:
You must be a Graduate from a reputed institute. You must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in the field of office administrator, Vendor Sourcing & Procurement, Programme & Event Support, Travel & Logistics, Documentation & Reporting, and Finance & Compliance Support. Most importantly, you bring professionalism, warmth, and ownership.

Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer (Mumbai)

Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and AGM to develop and execute design strategies for national campaigns and organizational initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and create compelling designs for brand campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
  • Design and produce creative assets for social media, donor and volunteer communication, fundraising, and event/activation branding.
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and communication goals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to design interns, fostering a culture of learning and creativity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility, engagement, and recall.

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Academic training in graphic design and visual communication
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience with a creative agency or design studio or as a freelancer
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop primarily) & InDesign is a must. Formats – Photo edits, Illustrations, adapts.
  • Knowledge in CANVA and the new image AI tools.
  • Basic knowledge in video creations with Adobe Effects/ Premier Pro

Consultant – Retail Partnership

Your Role:This role is responsible for:

  • Building sustainable channels for Retail Donor Acquisition,
  • Building and managing partnerships with retail brands, outlets, malls,
  • Collaborating with Digital/e-commerce platforms, redemption/Loyalty point partners and other digital platforms to ensure regular inflow of retail donors through these partnerships.

This role will involve identifying potential retail partners (online/offline), working with communications team to develop marketing campaigns, and ensuring high-visibility collaborations that drive both donors/ funds and awareness for our cause. Core Deliverables includes:

  • Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with retail businesses for fundraising tie-ups (e.g., donation at checkout, percentage of sales, redeem points and co-branded campaigns).
  • Campaign Design: Work with Communications team and execute innovative fundraising campaigns with retail partners aligned with brand and cause objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and ensure ongoing engagement, timely communication, and campaign renewals.
  • On-Ground Activation: Coordinate in-store visibility and brand/cause messaging where applicable.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are well-promoted and impactful.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report campaign performance metrics — funds raised, customer engagement, ROI, and partner feedback.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all fundraising initiatives adhere to legal, ethical, and internal compliance standards, including documentation and agreements.

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • You must a Graduate or MBA with 2-3 years of experience in retail business tie-up and B2B Sales.
  • Clear Communication, Sales and target orientation, Achievement focussed, to be ready for any targets.

CRY has always been a pioneer in fundraising in India; this role is therefore tailor made for someone who enjoys challenges and likes to find new ways of doing things. The fundraising sector in India has seen a real boom over the past decade and the tools and techniques used for fundraising in CRY today are as cutting edge as those used anywhere in the world for Direct Marketing.

This role is truly challenging because it entails to lead and drive the organization’s fundraising strategy for the region, focused on corporates and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), building long-term partnerships that ensure sustainable and scalable funding.

Core Deliverable’s:
Fundraising Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy targeting corporates and HNIs aligned with the organization’s goals. Set ambitious revenue targets and create actionable fundraising plans to achieve them. Conduct regular market scans to identify new fundraising opportunities and trends.

Corporate Partnerships – Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with strategic corporate partners. Create customized CSR proposals and pitch decks based on donor priorities and organizational impact. Negotiate and close multi-year corporate partnerships and sponsorships.

High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) Engagement – Build and maintain a pipeline of HNI prospects and manage the entire cultivation-to-conversion lifecycle. Design personalized engagement plans, events, and communications to build lasting donor relationships. Leverage existing networks and build new ones to expand the HNI donor base.

You will also be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team and for delivering on and managing regional budgets.

You:
You must be a post graduate in Sales & Marketing with 12-15 yrs of experience. Your strengths should be in areas of Marketing, Networking skills, Proposal writing, Strategy and Planning. Also critical are skills in leadership and team building.

You:

You should be a graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in any Telecalling agency or BPO or customer service. You should have good communication in Telegu/Tamil/Kanadaand & English and knowledge of basic computer applications.
