It will entail meeting and interacting with varied people and collaborators, building conviction and motivation in them to take diverse action and also having diligence to maintain and track data and stories to further our work on volunteerism. You must be a Masters in Social Sciences/ Social Work/Management/Mass media with 3 years plus of relevant experience
A basic understanding on child rights issues is expected. Being pro with MS office, google documents and AI tools are essential. Sharp understanding of social media functioning and campaigns will be an added advantage. Flair of writing in English and knowing the local language is desirable.

Create a proposition for RG and CP partners and ensure that the rights principles are advocated to each CRY partner.
Corporate Partnerships and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) Engagement – Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with strategic corporate partners. Build and maintain a pipeline of HNI prospects and manage the entire cultivation-to-conversion lifecycle. Design personalized engagement plans, events, and communications to build lasting donor relationships. Leverage existing networks and build new ones to expand the HNI donor base.
Data Analysis: Undertake organizational and environmental analysis, and prepare the budgets, plans and priorities for the resource generation function.
You will also be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team and for delivering on and managing national budgets.

About Programme:
CRY, in partnership with Reliance Foundation, is implementing a transformative ECCE initiative across two ICDS projects in Siddipet and Cherial, covering 18 sectors and 454 Anganwadi Centres. The program focuses on strengthening foundational learning for children aged 3–6 years through capacity building of Anganwadi Teachers, CDPOs, and Supervisors. A key component is the transformation of 18 Anganwadi Centres into Learning Labs with TLMs for play-based learning. Your Role:
