Your role:
As a person in this position, you need to be highly driven, and take ownership and responsibility for the following:

  • Establishing connect with corporates in your location to identify opportunites to partner with CRY for its objectives and activities.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new corporates and for ensuring their commitment to CRY by working closely with them to meet their child rights agenda.
  • Managing the relationship with our retention clients, communicating regularly about the work done, thereby creating long term supporters for CRY
  • Carrying out research work on the corporate segment in the region in order to create a pipleline for reach outs

Your role:
This role is responsible for managing corporate partnerships in the region to raise financial resources in support of CRY’s objectives

  • Explore and nurture current Corporate partnerships through timely communication and superior client servicing, to meet the income generation targets of the team
  • Develop new Corporate partnerships, increase reach out to large and medium sized Corporate organizations for employee engagement, pay roll giving programs, donation drives, cause related marketing tie-ups etc.
  • Conduct meetings with potential donors and support closure of deals, to acquire new donor partnerships

Your Role:
You will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of CRY’s brand communication strategy for CRY America, CRY UK and our global operations across markets like the Middle East, South East Asia etc. Increasing CRY brand visibility, creating awareness around children’s rights, facilitating effective fundraising communication and positioning CRY as a preferred social impact partner will be a critical measure of this role. Your role will involve planning for all communication requirements, creative ideation for awareness campaigns as well as donor communication, copywriting for communication collaterals, liaising with external vendors and partners and cracking media/brand/influencer partnership to aid visibility objectives. As a member of the Communications function, you will act as a brand custodian and ensure that all brand guidelines and communication SOPs are adhered to.

You must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing/Communications/Mass Communications with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a brand communications role in a mid-sized organization. Your Challenge:

You will be providing insights to the RG team by analyzing donor data, trends and donor behaviors that enables RG Team in meeting its fund requirements.

Your Role:
You are responsible for managing the individual engagement model of CRY for raising resources towards CRY’s objectives by providing insights to the RG team by analyzing donor data, trends and donor behaviors. Manage national channel partners, devise and implement new strategies for individual donor engagement, exploring financial and non-financial means of engagement and putting in place operational plans for mobilizing resources from individuals thereby increasing the effectiveness of regional resource mobilization teams.

  • Analysis of national/regional donor data/donation trends, sharing insights, recommending priority intervention areas and ens. Mapping of different donor touch points and its response to identify patterns
  • Understand and identify the functional requirements for MIS – Responsible for design, generation and modification of the RG MIS-Incomes and costs/ Analytics reports to ensure a well-functioning system for timely tracking of RG performance IP and CP. To analyze data, assess trends and share insights
  • Build synergies and increase efficiencies in existing analytic operations
  • Institute systems and processes aimed at increasing efficiencies in analytic operations
  • Ensure compliance to agreed processes
  • Understand the requirements of the function and customize the SAS BI reports to suit the functional needs
