Your Role:
You will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of CRY’s brand communication strategy for CRY America, CRY UK and our global operations across markets like the Middle East, South East Asia etc. Increasing CRY brand visibility, creating awareness around children’s rights, facilitating effective fundraising communication and positioning CRY as a preferred social impact partner will be a critical measure of this role.

Your role will involve planning for all communication requirements, creative ideation for awareness campaigns as well as donor communication, copywriting for communication collaterals, liaising with external vendors and partners and cracking media/brand/influencer partnership to aid visibility objectives.

As a member of the Communications function, you will act as a brand custodian and ensure that all brand guidelines and communication SOPs are adhered to.

You:
You must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing/Communications/Mass Communications with at least 7 to 9 years of experience in a brand communications role in a mid-sized organization. Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of brand communication concepts are essential. Experience in brand partnerships is a definite advantage.

Identification and mapping of efficiency ratios would be an important part of the role. The role also holds to group processes within CRY and facilitating reviewing. Strategy frameworks and objective setting for CRY and different functions.

Eligibility:
You must be a Master in Business Administration / MA Economics / Mcom with 8 to 10 years experience in a Functional / Organizational MIS, Projections, and Analytics. Your Challenge:
Your role is at the cusp of fundraising and digital marketing strategy and will be responsible for leading digital operations for CRY’s fundraising goals end to end. Someone who understands ad campaign management across multiple platforms, keeps a constant tab on changing digital trends and leverages the same for optimal campaign performance, analyses data to arrive at actionable insights and is excited about trying different things in order to meet set goals.

Your Role:
Your role is responsible to plan, create, manage and optimize campaigns for fundraising across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Native, Affiliates and others. Manage all digital fundraising campaigns across platforms end to end in line with set outcomes on ROI, CPC/CPA and funds raised; including A/B testing of campaigns and landing pages. Manage paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization on a daily basis with MIS reports as required. Track and analyse web traffic metrics month on month and suggest measures to boost SEO and website traffic flow. Tracking ad dashboards to monitor performance and funds raised as well as ensuring all audience comments are responded to.

You:
You must have 4+ years of experience either in a digital agency or as a part of a brand digital marketing team; Knowledge of SEO and web analytics is a definite advantage. Hands-on experience with tag manager, DV360 & keyword tools + running performance campaigns (CPC/CPA) on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. You will be part of the Direct Implementation team in the region. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to deliver on systems compliance and committed to working in an independent and efficient manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The job roles & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following only:

Coordination with HR & Consultants management:-

  • You will be coordinate with HR regarding all the recruitment and other related documentation process.
  • Coordination with consultants regarding all the documentation required for compliance.
  • Maintaining all data and records of document submitted and sharing the same as per process and timeline laid down.
  • Liasion with Finance team for all the payments related process steps.
  • Support DS-Secretary for preparing sanction note, RC approval pertaining to DI only Financial management in the FMS platform
  • Follow up with the state coordinator in the Direct Intervention project/individual consultant for Monthly work accomplishment report, Invoice for processing of consultancy fees
  • Scrutiny of the Invoice and Monthly work accomplishment report
  • Coordination with Finance and ensuring consultancy fees transfer to the consultant’s account
  • Tracking the financial expenditures as per budget guidelines of CRY. Provide day-to-day financial, administrative, and logistical support to the district team, as required.
  • Track the fund request against utilization of funds over a period; highlight issues pertaining to variance to reporting manger and CRY.

R& R program management- Vendor and administrative management

  • Ensuring all legal documents from Vendor and vetting from Finance
  • Processing all the required documentation for vendor payments and management

Coordination with IT

  • Ensuring IT support to concerned consultants in collaboration with regional IT persons

Required Skill and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is supportive, flexible and ready to take initiative and ensure that the tasks are completed on time

Qualification and Work Experience:
